Responsible Gaming —
Your Safety Is Our Priority
Gaming at bk9909 should be an enjoyable experience. We want you to always play safely, responsibly and with full awareness — for players aged 21 and above.
What Responsible Gaming Is and Why It Matters
Responsible gaming means enjoying online games in a way that keeps fun, entertainment and personal control at the forefront at all times. At bk9909, we believe gaming should be a leisure activity — not a solution to financial problems or a way to relieve stress.
Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of every player, and to that end we provide a number of practical tools and resources.
Keep in mind — gambling always carries the risk of financial loss. Set your own budget, stay within your limits, and never place more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
Age 21 and Above — Strictly Enforced
bk9909 is for adults aged 21 and above only. We follow a strict age verification process to prevent minors from accessing gaming. If there are children or teenagers in your home, keep your account and device locked with a secure password. If anyone manages an account on behalf of a minor, that is a direct violation of our terms and conditions.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Decide for yourself how much money you want to deposit. Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but increasing it takes time — this is intentionally kept slow.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use our time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This option allows you to close your account for an extended period or permanently. Do not try to open a new account while self-exclusion is active — that is a violation of our terms and conditions.
Loss Limit
Set a loss limit so that gaming stops automatically once you have lost a set amount. This helps prevent you from placing more bets in a recovery mindset and keeps financial losses under control.
Reality Check
Keep reality check turned on to receive regular break reminders while playing. A pop-up will appear every hour, or at a frequency of your choice, reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is available at all times for any issue you may have. Contact us via live chat or email for anything related to responsible gaming and get immediate assistance.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
Problematic gaming often starts gradually. If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, seek help right away:

You are spending more money than your set budget and are unable to stop.
Chasing Losses
You keep raising your bets repeatedly in an attempt to win back money you have lost.
Neglecting Family and Work

Tendency to Lie
You are hiding your gaming from family or friends or being dishonest about it.
Emotional Distress
You feel restless, irritable or anxious when you are not playing.
Taking on Debt

If you notice any of the above signs in yourself, do not wait — contact our 24/7 live chat or email us at [email protected]. We will help you find the right support and resources.

Practical Tips for Safe Gaming
Set a Budget in Advance
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. Treat this amount as entertainment spending — it should not affect your daily life even if it is lost.
Set a Time Limit
Set a time limit for each gaming session. Playing continuously for long periods reduces concentration and weakens decision-making — which increases the risk of losses.
Do Not Play Under Stress
Never play when you are stressed, frustrated or angry. Making decisions in an emotional state is often harmful. Take a break and come back when you have a clear head.
Winning Once Does Not Mean You Will Win Again
The outcome of each game is independent and a previous win does not guarantee the next one. Avoid the mindset of "I will keep winning" and treat each session separately.
Let Someone Close to You Know
Talk openly with family or trusted friends about your gaming habits. They can keep an eye out and alert you if needed.
Keep Your Account Secure
Use a strong password and do not share it with others. Lock your device especially if there are children in the home. Responsible gaming cannot be ensured if your account is in someone else's hands.
